Hey, I’ve sold a phone on eBay and eBay have put the payment on hold. There isn’t anyway that the buyer is able to cancel the payment is there? I’m just worried if I ship it and he then cancels the payment ? Thanks in advance

Hi Fategg01,
If the payment is showing as completed even though it is on hold then you should be okay to ship your item. Be sure to only ship to the address listed on the transaction details page and to use online tracking information for shipping your order as this will help protect you if a case is opened.
Thanks for your post,
Paula
