Hi there, I have sold a Monitor for 280 pounds on Ebay and the buyer went to collect it in person. I have messages saying the buyer is very happy with his item and everything works fine, and he says he did not sendout a dispute to get his money back. But somehow he won the case?!!! got his money back and I am amazed by how easily this went. How can I show my proof to paypal and show them they are liars and scammers?! Cheers Tony
Personally I think you should never use Paypal for an item that is to be collected or personally delivered as you have 0 seller protection.
Your buyer can collect the item and then file a dispute for non receipt of item. As you would have no tracking number to prove delivery of the item to him then you 'may' lose the dispute.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
