Hi, so I sold a phone and got paid via paypal. The buyer came out of the blue after 2 months saying that I withheld information to him and that I lied about the locked status of the phone.
I however think that that is utter nonsense since I have explicitly and publicly announced that the phone is indeed locked. Before sending the money to me he asked me a couple questions in which I was 100% upfront and transparent about him (I can provide transcripts of the conversation if needed) but none of which was about the locked status of the phone so I thought that it was all fine and I did nothing wrong. I still do believe I did nothing wrong because I fulfilled my end as a seller given the terms. Now he's trying warp the reality saying I was lying to him.
Given that it's paypal I probably might lose this case.
He has now filed a claim and I need some guidance on this matter maybe a little help as well.
