So I recently sold an item to a buyer and he stupidly forgot to change his address on PayPal. I haven’t shipped yet, I’ve already spent the money and we don’t know what to do. I don’t think I can issue a refund because I have nothing to refund him with. I’m also scared to refund because he might not buy the item afterwards and flake on me, leaving me with the item and also loss of cash. I was suggesting to ship to address and he can redeliver it himself through tracking service
