Hi. So tired of the non-contact by paypal. Buyer bought ebay product from me and paid through paypal. Then, disputed the paypal payment. The buyer received this product based on USPS tracking info. Paypal has said "it is being reviewed" for several weeks now. The buyer never contacted me nor ebay. How can I talk with paypal on the phone? Anyone have a phone number to call? I am a great seller and NEVER **bleep** people over. I am so sick and tired of being stolen from!!! HELP!
