A buyer bought an item off me on ebay. He opened a claim against me on Ebay and PayPal and they were closed. After that, he opened another case on Paypal, this time stating the item wasn't as described. PayPal closed that case as he had already made a claim but then closed it. Now, he has opened another case, stating that he didn't authorise the transaction. What should I do?
