Hi, I've had a case opened against me from a buyer after I sold them online codes through eBay, I've refunded the buyer as there's no way I can prove the postage of the item as it was sent online... do I have a leg to stand on in this case or do I just have to accept the loss, I've refunded the buyer, so if there's nothing else that can be done should I just ask for the case to be closed and move on?

Hi @JacobH2001,
Welcome to the PayPal Community!
I can understand being a seller, situations like this can be difficult. If the payment in question was refunded, there isn't much that you need to do further. The case should eventually close once PayPal has completed investigating the claim filed by your buyer.
I hope this helps.
