Buyer lied about "Unauthorized Transaction"

An international buyer did not pick up their purchased package I sent to them and that was delivered, but not picked up after 2 weeks. On Shopify, this buyer purchased the item with the same email address used on PayPal to make a fraudulent dispute of "unauthorized transaction". I am tired of buyers taking advantage of sellers in this way and need to know if there is anything that I can do to prove this claim is fraudulent.
