Buyer have received order but I still have negative balance

I recently had a buyer open a dispute asking for a refund after their order hadn’t arrived, I had tracking for this order and found that it was at the buyers local courier still and would be delivered within the next few days, to which it was. My only issue now is that my PayPal balance is still negative and I’m not sure about what I am to do now?

Have you added that tracking number that proves the item as delivered to the dispute / transaction on paypal?
Have you asked the buyer to close the dispute OR if escalated to a claim you can contact customer services and ask them to check the tracking for you to prove delivery.
