Buyer gave wrong delivery address.

We recently sent out an order to a customer. We sent to the delivery address on the order. The buyer has moved address but not changed it on the order details. They opened up a dispute. They also told Paypal it was their fault in not changing the delivery address details. Paypal has refunded the buyer & we are out of pocket through no fault of ours. This is totally wrong. We have been using Paypal for years but looking at other banks after this.
