Unfortunately Chargebacks are not so easy when you know the buyer is scamming and say they lost credit card and someone else used the card.  I know the person is frauding but it appears it's in the in the hands of the buyers Credit card company . I have proof for every delivery overseas.  It would appear Paypal only cover you $20,000.
