Buyer filed a un authorised disputed claim on products already recieved

Hello,

 

Im a small business. I have posted off the products in early December 2019 (perishable items for gifts). They have been signed for as received. Now I have a dispute against my business(late jan 2020) for an unauthorised transaction. I uploaded all the evidence asked of me - invoice, delivery receipt etc. Paypal has closed the case the next day in favour of the buyer. 

What protection to I have against this happening again?

I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble regarding your sale, that definitely sounds frustrating. I would advise contacting us by phone, Facebook, or Twitter to appeal the case decision. I hope you receive the funds back soon!

Thannk-you, I contacted Paypal & they cannot do anything about it as apparently it was the banks decision to refund.

 

Ive contacted the buyer directly in the hope this can be reversed.
