Hello, a buyer from ebay file a dispute after 12 days she have the item and said she doesn’t like the colour. it clearly stated in description of the label what colour is the coat and now after 12 days she wants to return the item and wants refund because saying item is not as described which is its clearly described what it is. anybody help if paypal will br on my favour? Thank u alot
Wait for paypals decision IF they find in her favour then she will have to return the item back to you first, trackable to prove delivery before you have to refund.
