I sold an item listed as a large. Item is photographed as being a L. I sent the item and the buyer is claiming he got a S and filed a dispute against me. I have an email receipt of my original purchase of the item that I am selling which I have uploaded to the paypal dispute response.
On the case I cannot see if he has uploaded photos, I want to see if he has incase he has used a close up of another garment? Do all uploaded photos show on the claim dispute? or only the ones I upload?
The buyer is lying out right and I have never found myself in this situation... anyone else dealt with this and how will paypal settle this?
Thanks.
