Buyer exploiting "Item Not as Described" - Returned destroyed goods and got a full refund

I recently sold a used specialised piece of computer equipment (watercooled graphics card) and the buyer payed through Paypal.

The buyer received the goods in as-new condition and was happy (have screenshots of the entire conversation).

He then messaged me days later to say he had a problem, and openly admitted to not installing the equipment correctly leading to permanent damage to the equipment. He also openly admitted to tampering with the goods to try and repair them himself. I have screenshots of the entire conversation.

He opened a dispute and Paypal ruled that he should return the goods despite the screenshots clearly showing he had admitted to damaging the goods himself and then tampering with them.

The below photographs show what I sent him vs. what was returned. I also have video of me opening the box.

The moment I marked the goods as returned, Paypal refunded the buyer in full despite the email I received from the dispute process clearly stating "If the goods are returned in original condition". I was never given the option to indicate the condition the goods were received in.

What are my options please?
