PayPal claims "seller protection". It cannot protect ebay sellers from fraudulent buyers that use a credit card, through PayPal, to purchase a ebay auction they won. I followed all the steps for full eligibility for protection, and the buyer got all the money back AND KEPT THE MERCHANDISE! Stop using ebay and paypal to sell online. Sell on Craigslist, Amazon, or another place...

THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. that is giving too much protection to one party against another party and in the end merchandiser lost all,the product, money spent on ads, Time spent on ads. Paypal management please look into this issues for future sake.
