Hi all,
I need help with a chargeback dispute that my buyer filed with her credit card company. She received the item and the tracking number showed it was signed by her. A week later she filed a chargeback with her credit card company (financial institution).
Clearly the intention was to get her money back and keep the item.
What should I do as a seller? The case is still being reviewed by PayPal team.
Thank you for your help.

Hi rita_w7924,
I am sorry to hear that your buyer has filed a chargeback against you. The best thing you can do in this situation is to respond to the claim with any information you have. One of the most important bits of information that you can provide is a tracking number showing that the item was shipped to their address and has been delivered. This type of information allows us to go back and dispute the chargeback on your behalf.
I hope this helps,
Paula
