Hi,
I've sold online conference ticket to a buyer on Nov 2020. And after the conference, all of sudden the payment made by the buyer is cancelled. I emailed him to make a payment again and so I sent the request of payment. But then he claims that his account got limited and need some time to sort out. I waited and waited. After a month, I asked again. He said he is working with Paypal to fix this issue but still no signs of payment. And some times later, he claims that it is not his issue and tell me to do what I want. This is really frustrating.
I have proof of emails exchanged with this guy. Can someone help with my issue? thanks,
