I was on this heat app and sold some AirPods and now I have shipped them to him and he received it so now he tries to refund and now I can’t have the money or anything what should I do ?

I'm sorry to hear of the concern with this transaction. I'm not sure I understand the situation. Can you please clarify? Did the buyer file a dispute against the transaction to request a refund?
