I am a counselor and use PAYPAL to process credit cards in office for session payments. Yesterday I had an off again/on again client that paid me with credit card $150. Looking at transactions online today the card he used was in the name of someone else. It could possibly be legit - or it could be a stolen credit card. How do I find out if the card the client used was legitimate?
Thank you
Mike
