Ordered 2 bidets. Both are crap. All, and I mean EVERYTHING is on Chinese. Both had to have adapters to be able to be installed. Both leak, and not at the adapter and was installed by a plumber! I had issues even getting them and when I finally did had to set aside and have just gotten around to having them installed. Not only crap, money loss...had to pay a plumber too. Something needs to be done about PayPal doing business with this company!
