Last year I sold a car part to a person in Las Vegas it was for $400 I shipped it out and that was that. Now he is attempting to get Paypal to force me to repay him for his transaction and he never sent the part back. He is attempting to get a free part and Paypal is helping him do this by posting that I have a negative balance. NO WAY I am paying this account I will change my bank account and reopen it and never use paypal again if they allow this scam artist get away with this..SO FRUSTRATING I tried calling Paypal..what a joke I have sent messages to a black hole apparently...what do I do?
