So I sold a phone on eBay to a dodgy buyer and was very wary of him. Sent it and took load of pics. Next day he gets it and opens a case on eBay and PayPal saying on eBay I sent him salt and on PayPal I sent him rocks. I obviously sent him a phone! Provided all info to eBay who closed case in my favour and I also filed a police report for fraud. PayPal have given him a refund! I’ve appealed that and they didn’t ask me for any additional information or even speak to me and they’ve upheld their decision apparently because they buyer provided documentation (which is impossible as I sent the phone) where can I go next- I’m not happy stopping until this is sorted- he now has my phone for free and I have a negative PayPal balance.
