I'm from UK. An eBay customer says he gave me the wrong appt Number and wants me to use the USPS website to change the delivery address but the problem is... I sent it on the 13th of August. From UK.
I told him that I don't think it's possible to change the delivery address of anything that has been sent by registered signed for delivery. Is this person correct? Is it possible to change the delivery address of a registered parcel and still be covered by PayPal protection? Doesn't seem likely to me. Also a little spurious that he gave me the wrong appt number.
