Am I getting scammed

I'm selling a card to someone this is my first time. Address they want me to send it to isn't the same one as their payment through PayPal.

Difficult to tell, personally i wouldn't continue as you have to send to the paypal registered address of the buyer for seller protection.

Are they asking you to send gift cards?

Are the funds actually showing in your paypal balance OR are you just relying on an email saying that they have paid which may be a fake spoof?
