I am talking to this guy who wants to buy some expensive clothing I am selling. I am afraid that after he pays me, he will say that he never received the package and get a refund so I will have no money. Is there anything I can do to ensure that this does not happen?
Send the buyer an invoice and include the item details and/or description. Once you receive the money, purchase and print your shipping label and insure if applicable, enter the tracking details in the transaction notice (in your Account Activity). Ship the item. You may want to read the User Agreement - especially the Seller Protection section.
