So a guy that bought an videogame acc whants an refund cuz the acc got banned and hes telling me that he lost the main acc that he bought the acc from me and is telling me that i need to refund him the money on a diferent paypal acc and he payed 28$ to me and whants a 10$ refund shuld i refund it to him or keep the money cuz i dont whant to send him the money and then he asks for a refund on hes main acc cuz he was lying and then i go in debt i dont whant that to hapen so shuld i not refund him the money or do i have to?
