A client bought a UI Design and HTML/CSS from me for $60, after the site was made he refunded the money saying that he "ordered" a lamp from me and that I didn't ship it to his house. He added a note on his payment saying "Payment for UI Design and HTML/CSS" but PayPal favored his claim and didn't read the note the scammer wrote. He successfully refunded the money. What's the best thing to do here?
