Hello everyone,
I need your help!
I have been working with a client to design his web app, I asked for an advance of 30%.
He paid me the advance and then I started designing the web app.
After designing 5-6 screens, he rejected the designs and tried to end the deal but I convinced him by saying that don't be impatient, give me some time so that I can iterate.
And he agreed to this, and I started from scratch to design his screens based on the references he provided.
But again yesterday he rejected the designs and said that my design SUCK and I am the worst designer ever, even compared me with $5 Fiverr designer.
After this, he raised a dispute for items not received.
I still tried to design what he exactly wanted me to design, but that 18y old kid is really impatient and says the design doesn't look good.
I didn't call off the deal, he did so and want the advance money back
What should I do? How should I fight the dispute?
Can anyone please help me with this?
