suspicious buyer

Ive been on Ebay for 21 years. I just sold a new Ipad to a zero feedback bidder. They did pay

but something seems a bit off. Their profile shows member since 2020, but no month. No

communication with them. Is there a way for Ebay or Paypal to vet this buyer? Am I covered

by seller protection if I ship it tracked, insured with signature confirmation to the paypal address

listed? Something here has just aroused my suspicions, perhaps 21 years of selling and buying.

Are the funds actually showing in your paypal account balance OR are you relying on an email citing payment?
