i sold a camera at the end of 2020 and paypal refunded the buyer after saying it didnt work. i have since found his instagram account and have seen him using that camera on a story and posting a photo taken with the camera h said was broken. im not sure what to do but i feel like he just scammed me out of 800 because he could. i have screen shot from his instagram story of him using the camera after paypal refunded him.
