Recently I have noticed that so many web sites sell products for very cheap price and we could use Paypal for payments. Me and my friends have experienced that they do not deliver these products. Ultimately Paypal refund this money. I am just wondering how Paypal have you given the consent to use paypal by these web sites. If this goes on, paypal will loose lot of money. I am a concerned Paypal user.
