My buyer claims that I sent the wrong item and is requesting a refund. We agreed on a partial payment but under refund- it says that buy is requesting the full amount instead of the partial. I also have a hold on my paypal account for his purchase. Does this mean that when I refund them, that they will get the partial payment plus the original payment?
