I recently sold an item through eBay. The payment was received june 29, i shipped out the next day. The item was delivered july 9, and on july 10 I get an email the buyer has opened an unauthorized transaction dispute. Paypal has the tracking information for the package and I sent paypal the proof of delivery from USPS and Canada Post (item went from Canada to US). I’m eligible for Seller Protection. Is there anything else I should do? What’s the likelihood that I win this case and how long will it take?
