Hello, a friend "bought" a jacket from a site (https://www.graffitishop.net/) and he choosed to pay with paypal instead of credit card, after that he received a email with "Your paypament to (Censored) on Jul 15, 2021 is pending, and on the email writes the amount, transaction ID and seller and other staff. Paypal moderators (please DM, i'm not gonna make it public), can you check the transaction ID if it's real transaction?
