Momentary 22 country suspended aircargo service.( Covid-19 ) My buyer accept surface mail (container boat), but shipping - delivery time from Thailand to Europe even 60-80 day. I fear, buyer open not received case 20 day later, and paypal refund total money for buyer. My question: Have special invoice or agreement prevent buyer, that open dispute within 90 days??? OR:
What's the guarantee, the buyer keeps his promise, and wait 60-80 day? Thanks
