Scammed Please Help

Hello everyone,

 

I recently sold an item via Paypal. I sent a money request on Paypal and still haven't received my funds yet. I was told to provide them a tracking number for the shipment. The buyer has received the items and my request is still pending. Now they are saying that they mistakenly charged extra to the buyer and I have to pay the refund. I believe I have been scammed. Could you please let me know what I have to do as a buyer. I tried to open a dispute case on a Resolution Centre but i won't let me do it as the payment is pending. I was thinking of opening an investigation case with PayPal and call Citizens Advice to report a scam. The email address that was used is <removed>
