Hi there I sold a bag which I posted special delivery on 19th june.Never heard from buyer until 28th June when she messaged me to say she had just opened and it was creased sent me a couple of pics,in my opinion it was not damaged and just need something stuffed inside just to puff it out again which I suggested.Today 10 July she has contacted me again to say it’s still creased and she wants to return.I said I don’t do returns it’s not damaged and when she uses it will be fine.She said she is going to raise a dispute with Paypal I should have put in a box.How do I stand I have sold several items and never had an issue and think I am a very responsible and honest seller.
