Someone is spoofing (pretty badly) email from an acquaintance and requesting that I send money to someone via PayPal. If/when I receive the information on the destination PayPal account is there a way to report it to PayPal? I'm assuming that such accounts aren't generally used for one-off transactions but are probably either hacked (to have a long-term trusted account) or are created as fraudulent accounts.
