I'm in a situation where I'd like to buy some products from China and the supplier offered me to pay via PayPal. Their email sounds fishy to me (random numbers - 235234@...) and I'd like to know if I proceed with the payment and turns out to be a scam, can I request a refund and will be refunded? We have their invoice, conversation,... as a proof for us to get refunded, but I'd like to hear some experience and what's the potential outcome if that deal goes south.
