My daughter sold a dress on deepop. The buyer paid through PayPal. Dress was sent by courier. Tracking showed delivered with photographic evidence next to buyers front door on 15th. On 17th, buyer contacted me saying dress had not arrived. I contacted courier and asked them to investigate that day. On 19th she opened a case with PayPal. On 20th a disclaimer from the courier arrives which I sent to her to sign. On 22nd, PayPal refunded her the money and deducted my account. She is ignoring the disclaimer as she has her money back and possibly the dress. I am out of pocket with not dress. I have filed an appeal. Will the courier reimburse me or PayPal?

Paypal won't refund you as this is between you and the courier that you used.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
