Hello,
I have received a couple messages this year already from ebay users making claims on certain items I have indeed sold! They show a photo of the item and claim something is wrong with it broken/illegitimate and DEMAND a refund. Everytime I search them up there is no purchase history from them. Is this a scam that's been happening? I always confront them (nicely with FACTS) and they eventually say they have made a mistake... very odd. Anyone else can relate? Anyways thought I should post it may always help bring awareness to some of you sellers that may not about this.
