I have sold an item that was deemed not official or authentic by the buyer. He opened a case against me and now PayPal is requiring me to provide the receipt of the item, but the item was purchased by cash a long time ago. I have made sure the product I sold was 100% legit and authentic. The pictures of the item were also all up on the site so the person checked for themself on the validity of the item. Please help I need to solve this case and get the money for this item thank you.
