Hi, I'm selling an item on a selling site, and the buyer has asked to pay by paypal. My only concern is that I've heard that the buyer can recall the money back up to 30 days after payment. Is there anyway I could stop that happening? otherwise I'll loose the money and the item I'm selling.

Hi @Jacqui_k,
Welcome to the Community!
A buyer can only cancel unclaimed payments. If the payment is complete, they would need to contact the recipient of the payment to request a refund. When you pay with PayPal on any website, PayPal Buyer Protection does offer you comprehensive protection if the eligible transaction has a problem, such as if an item doesn’t arrive or is significantly not as described. It's important to remember that we do also offer full Seller Protection. You can read more information on this here.
I hope this helps!
Craig
