Looking for some information regarding a situation I may have.
I sold an item on eBay, and unfortunately did not realize it was going to a reshipment center to be shipped out of the country until after I shipped it out. No big deal, and didn't really worry about it until now whenever I noticed that the eBay account the user purchased the item from says "no longer a registered user". I did some reading and it states that they can file a claim for "item not as described" through PayPal and receive their money back even if it is a false claim. Is this true, and is there anything I can do to protect myself at this point? They disabled their account within 48 hours of the item being delivered.
