A few weeks ago an EBAY buyer put a purchase in dispute with Paypal (for some reason not with EBAY). I quickly provided the required info to Paypal and they closed the case in my favor. To day I got an email from Paypal, indicating that the buyers financial institution decided decided in the buyers favor But Paypal was not going to charge my account because I was a valued customer. Although I very much appreciated that, I am not sure I understand exactly what happened and why.
Clearly I shipped the item out. UPS indicates the item was delivered. Are there some best practices I didn't follow? This was a $166 item so it would have really hurt if I had to eat it.
Should I leave negative feedback on the buyer on EBay?
Appreciate any comments.
