Hi has anyone had any issues with PayPal issuing a refund off the back of a dispute even though the original payment was refunded before the dispute was raised?. I uploaded screenshot after screenshot proving I refunded them and it even states on my activity that the customer has received 2 refunds but PayPal are instant I now owe them the refund sum.
