PayPal refund scammer MORE money then I got from them.

So I was rules against again for an item I sold and got scammed on (a digital video game code.). This time PayPal gives them more money they I got.  I sold item for $30 after fees I got $28.32.  They gave the scammer back $30!  So I paid to get scammed this time!  Thanks PayPal, your the **bleep**ing best!
