PayPal Continues to Lie

They reopened the dispute. Told me I would be refunded. Then closed the Case again and denied the refund with the excuse of no credit. I’m about done with PayPal. Once they could be trusted, not anymore.

Yep, PayPal now supports scams, fraudulent companies, and is no longer there for the customer.
