What is the current refund policy of a package sent from USA to UK, when there is tracking showing no further information past its arrival in London? For some countries, USPS tracking stops at destination country, but the buyer can track from there with the customs number. Is that the case in the UK? The buyer declined insurance; does that impact PayPal's buyer refund policy? I bought insurance anyway, as I have read that buying insurance protects me as the seller from chargebacks by PayPal; however, in reading their current policy, it seems to only specify buyer will get refund if seller does not ever send the package, and NOT for non-delivery. I buy a whole lot of insurance to protect myself from PayPal refunds to buyers; but if PayPal doesn't refund buyers for non-delivery, maybe I don't still need to buy insurance. Please advise.
